Our high-level coaches, each specialising in a specific fitness quality — whether it’s Strength, Endurance, Body Composition, Muscle Hypertrophy, or Sports Performance and Rehabilitation — work closely with you to create a program that aligns perfectly with your goals. They’ll guide you, track your progress, and adjust your program as needed, ensuring you’re always moving in the right direction.

That’s why, with our premium membership, you get access to morning and afternoon coaching slots where a dedicated coach is always on the floor to assist with your programming or any training needs. Essentially, you’re getting the equivalent of a personal training session every single time you step in. No waiting, no distractions, just constant support from a coach who knows exactly what you need to succeed.

Constant Training & Nutrition Guidance

We’ve integrated a holistic approach to fitness that includes weekly check-ins, personalised nutrition guidance, and ongoing adjustments to your program. Whether you need help with macronutrient balance or you’ve hit a roadblock and need your training plan modified on the fly or if a new goal pops up that you want to work towards, we’re here to ensure you have everything you need to stay on track.

COACHING SLOT SCHEDULE

Class feeling, Individualised Coaching

At The HQ, we believe that personal attention and a focused environment are the keys to unlocking your full potential. That’s why we offer exclusive coaching slots Monday through Friday from 6-7 AM and Monday through Thursday from 5-7 PM, designed to give you the time, space, and support you deserve. These slots are intentionally capped at just 8 people, ensuring that you receive direct, individualised coaching from a high-level trainer every session.

Weekly program review

As a team, we understand how important it is to be on the same page to ensure a seamless service to individuals. That’s why every week our coaches take the time to comprehensively go over each individuals program to ensure we’re on the same page delivering the same quality service. Regardless of the coach on the coaching slot, your training needs will always be met.

Your tailored experience

With fewer people in the gym at any given time, you can truly connect with your coach, ask questions, and get tailored guidance to optimise your performance. Plus, you’ll be training alongside like-minded individuals who share your commitment to reaching similar goals, fostering a sense of community and motivation. No overcrowding, no distractions—just a focused, empowering environment where you can give your best.

About Me

Adam Ralph

Hey I’m Ads,

I am coach, Personal Trainer, a good mate & Girl dad to my 2 daughters. Training has been a huge part of my life growing up playing Rugby League, Surfing, Running, Swimming, cycling, MMA…you name it, I’ve probably done it. 

My passion for training and coaching now revolves around CrossFit, Olympic Weightlifting, Strength & Conditioning and Endurance training such as Triathlons/Long distance running!

What I love about my job is seeing people make changes in their life and being able to be a part of their journey with not only training but life as-well but more importantly I just love having a good time!
