Massage Therapist
I am a qualified remedial massage therapist with over 3 years experience in the industry. My qualifications include a Diploma in Remedial Massage as well as a certification in modern cupping. By using a range of techniques such as:
– Sports Massage
– Trigger Point Massage
– Myofascial release
– Stretch techniques
– Deep tissue work
– Cupping therapy
I focus on helping treat not just the symptoms, but the cause of pain, discomfort and immobility for individuals.

I am coach, Personal Trainer, a good mate & Girl dad to my 2 daughters. Training has been a huge part of my life growing up playing Rugby League, Surfing, Running, Swimming, cycling, MMA…you name it, I’ve probably done it. My passion for training and coaching now revolves around CrossFit, Olympic Weightlifting, Strength & Conditioning and Endurance training such as Triathlons/Long distance running!

When I started with Claire I was feeling unmotivated, lethargic and flat but I knew that I needed to take some drastic action to support my health goals.
