Training has been a huge part of my life growing up playing Rugby League, Surfing, Running, Swimming, cycling, MMA…you name it, I’ve probably done it. My passion for training and coaching now revolves around CrossFit, Olympic Weightlifting, Strength & Conditioning and Endurance training such as Triathlons/Long distance running!
