Hi, I’m Paris, an Accredited Practising Dietitian. I’m here to help you say goodbye to strict diets, food frustration and unrealistic body image standards. And, hello to improving your relationship with food, enhancing your performance and overall enjoying how food can make us feel and perform rather than how it makes us look.

At The Wholesome Effect, I take a person-centred approach to nutrition—because, you are the expert on your own body and experiences with food. My role is to support and guide you in building sustainable habits that help you feel your best—physically, mentally, and emotionally. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all diets (so no keto or paleo clubs here!).

Hey I’m Ads,

I am coach, Personal Trainer, a good mate & Girl dad to my 2 daughters. Training has been a huge part of my life growing up playing Rugby League, Surfing, Running, Swimming, cycling, MMA…you name it, I’ve probably done it. 

My passion for training and coaching now revolves around CrossFit, Olympic Weightlifting, Strength & Conditioning and Endurance training such as Triathlons/Long distance running!

What I love about my job is seeing people make changes in their life and being able to be a part of their journey with not only training but life as-well but more importantly I just love having a good time!
