And, hello to improving your relationship with food, enhancing your performance and overall enjoying how food can make us feel and perform rather than how it makes us look.
At The Wholesome Effect, I take a person-centred approach to nutrition—because, you are the expert on your own body and experiences with food. My role is to support and guide you in building sustainable habits that help you feel your best—physically, mentally, and emotionally. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all diets (so no keto or paleo clubs here!).
