Being an everyday member and using the available Hybrid HQ programs I have been able to find programs that suited my goals and are fun to complete too.
I did the Hybrid program being semi new to running and I felt that I was able to do the gym sessions as well as the runs and they both came hand in hand to support each goal that I had.
My running improved and I was able to keep and gain my strength at the same time.
The vibes in the gym are always high and the coaches are there for any questions and support too if needed. I’ll definitely be doing another hybrid program!

At The Hybrid HQ, the coaches lead by example and practice what they preach.
So every time I walk into the gym I want to lift heavier, run faster and jump higher. I want to learn different training techniques and modalities. Hell, I might even want to conquer my first triathlon next year. And you know what the best part is? I genuinely believe I can do all of those things here.
I always manage to find myself being drawn back to the General Health 4-Day Intermediate program for a reset, especially after a particular rigorous 6-week booty building block (can confirm, I did not get it from my mama). This program helps me to focus on my form and ensure my foundations are solid, which is the most important component of training for me.
