Hybrid Everyday Membership
Being an everyday member and using the available Hybrid HQ programs I have been able to find programs that suited my goals and are fun to complete too.
I did the Hybrid program being semi new to running and I felt that I was able to do the gym sessions as well as the runs and they both came hand in hand to support each goal that I had.
My running improved and I was able to keep and gain my strength at the same time.
The vibes in the gym are always high and the coaches are there for any questions and support too if needed. I’ll definitely be doing another hybrid program!
