Episode 5:

How to Run, Stay Fit Forever, and Overcome Self-Doubt

This episode blends humour and insight as the team dives into running tips, longevity, and self-belief. They discuss how slowing down your pace can improve your speed, safe ways to ease back into running, and the ever-annoying issue of shin splints. A significant portion of the conversation revolves around overcoming self-doubt and fear of failure, offering practical strategies for listeners to build confidence in all areas of life.

On the lighter side, the team reviews an expired beer (yes, really!) and reveals the scariest gifts they’ve ever received. With its mix of actionable advice and hilarious tangents, this episode is both informative and entertaining.
